Hoorah! We have made it to Hump Day Time for another weekly book meme!
WWW Wednesday hosted by the lovely Sam at Taking on a World of Words
This challenge is pretty straight forward and requires only three questions answering;
Who is your daddy?What does he do?- What are you currently reading?
- What did you recently finish reading?
- What do you think you’ll read next?
CURRENTLY READING;
I have been waiting SO long for this book to be released! Imagine my surprise when I discovered I had won an uncorrected proof copy…signed by Susan Wilkins herself! This definitely made me rather giddy!
THE KILLER is the next instalment in the series following Kaz Phelps. I highly recommend this series, but warn as with the Helen Grace series by M.J. Arlidge – these really do need to be read in order to fully understand the story, the characters and the relationships within.
I’m only about 100 pages into this book – but it’s already filled with action and drama! Looking forward to sharing my thoughts with you all.
JUST FINISHED;
WILL TO LIVE (Detective Kay Hunter #2) by Rachel Amphlett
Read all about what I thought as I welcomed WILL TO LIVE as part of the blog tour HERE!
WHAT’S NEXT?
Rather excited to be part of another Orenda Books blog tour! This time for the new novel by Kjell Ola Dhal; FAITHLESS.
Oslo detectives Gunnarstranda and Frølich are back and this time, it’s personal… When the body of a woman turns up in a dumpster, scalded and wrapped in plastic, Inspector Frank Frølich is shocked to discover that he knows her and their recent meetings may hold the clue to her murder.
As he ponders the tragic events surrounding her death, Frølich’s colleague Gunnarstranda investigates a disturbingly similar cold case involving the murder of a young girl in northern Norway and Frølich is forced to look into his own past to find the answers – and the killer – before he strikes again.
Cannot wait to get stuck into this and share my thoughts when I host the Blog Tour on 22nd April.
What does your reading week look like?
Do any of the books mentioned above peak your interest?
Would love to hear your thoughts!
