After reading RIDE OR DIE earlier this year in anticipation for RARELondon, I was keen beans to read more of Claire’s work. Even more so to learn that her next novel was something very different.
BEAUTIFUL VICTIM is an uncomfortable, yet enjoyable read. Ethan’s obsession with Carrie is the only thing keeping him going and when he learns that she is alive after believing she had died, Ethan is overcome with emotion. Getting into Ethan’s head is not easy and it’s not a place you want to be for too long. You may need a hug and a good cup of tea after this book!
A creepy and eery read that will have you watching who’s following you from now on!
