And boy what a read this novel is, you have everything you could want and some things you didn’t know you needed. Louise Bay is an author who knows how to create the best characters, leading ladies who you’d love to be friends with, the kind of women who build up other women.

Then we have Mr Mayfair himself, a fine specimen of man, who has all the qualities we’ve come to love from our leading men. Tall, handsome, cocky in just the right amount and leaving us truly smitten. The chemistry between Beck and Stella is off the charts hot, leaving the reader begging for more. We’re on a journey of self discovery with these characters, strapped in and ready for the ride. We want to know everything, to experience it all and the dual perspective of the novel allows us just that.

I could not stop reading, eager to lose myself in this wonderful world, where two beautiful souls come together and whisk you away. Louise Bay, thank you. For creating such amazing characters, for bringing them and their story into the world and allowing your readers to share in the love of them. Because it is clear from the beginning that here we have an author who truly loves, cares and treasures her characters.

Mr Mayfair is a true diamond in the rough.
