UNDEFEATED by Stuart Reardon & Jane Harvey-Berrick
23rd January 2018, Stuart Reardon Publishing

When your world crashes down…
When they all say you’re out…
When your body is broken…
I will rise.
I will return.
And I will be undefeated.

Nick Renshaw is the golden boy of British rugby. When a serious injury threatens his career, he starts to spiral downwards, a broken man.

Feeling abandoned and betrayed by those closest to him, he fights to restart his life. Maybe there’s someone out there who can help him. Maybe he can find his way back toward the light. Maybe … not.

Dr. Anna Scott might be the one person who can help Nick, but she has her own secrets. And when Nick’s past comes back to haunt them both, the enigmatic doctor is more vulnerable than she seems.

Broken and betrayed, the struggle to survive seems intolerable. Who will give in, and who will rise, undefeated?

Until recently – I had never picked up a sports romance novel. I knew they existed, but I was yet to delve into the sub-genre. Thankfully RARE has given me the kick up the arse I needed to get out and explore new authors and their stories!

I was instantly drawn to UNDEFEATED mainly by the cover (that’s right! I’m a big perve!) and then to the title and the authors. A romance novel co-written by a man?! This made the list of ‘reasons why I need to learn more about this book’! But listening to both Stuart and Jane talk about the book and the journey they took in writing it had me sold. I HAD to read this book!!

Straight away what I enjoyed the most about this book is that it wasn’t written as non stop romance with a bit of sport thrown in. It was a story about Nick’s sporting journey, which just happened to have a romantic element attached. I felt more of a connection with Nick and Anna because of this and I became fully invested in the story, the characters and the world they were living in. With all that said though, the romance between the pair is raw and passionate! Who needs a post-match sauna when these two are in the same room?!

After listening to some of Stuart’s Q&A sessions, I can appreciate this story a lot more knowing that Stuart has used some of his own personal experiences within his career to influence parts of the story. A very courageous move as some of the story is hard to read. Nick really does go through the mill and is very lucky to have it on the other side without the relationship he forms with Anna. UNDEFEATED is a credit to both Stuart and Jane on and I am 100% keen beans for MODEL BOYFRIEND when it’s released in June!

A HUGE thank you to Ardent Prose, Stuart and Jane for gifting me an early copy of UNDEFEATED in exchange for an honest review! I’m now counting down the days for MODEL BOYFRIEND!

Stuart is a retired England International Rugby League player who’s career spanned 16 years as a professional playing for several top League clubs. He has had several major injuries that nearly ended his career just as in Undefeated, the amazing collaboration with Jane.

Currently he is a Personal trainer living in Cheshire, and has an online fitness program: Fear Nothing Fitness.

It’s been the best fun working with Stu on this story. And yes, he did think about joining the Marines once.

#RisqueReads | #BlogTour | #BookReview | CRUISE (Savage Disciples MC #6) by Drew Elyse @DrewElyseAuthor (11th January 2018, Indie Published @ArdentPRose)

Welcome to my stop on this Blog Tour for the release of the latest novel in the Savage Disciples series; CRUISE by Drew Elyse.

Huge thanks to Ardent Prose and the wonderful Drew Elyse who gifted me an early copy of CRUISE. I am forever grateful and promise that the review below is 100% honest and of my own views.

Screen Shot 2018-01-19 at 04.48.50

Once a Disciple, forever a Disciple.

After giving up eighteen months of his life for his club,
the Disciples’ president is finally tasting freedom again.
Stone knows there’s only one thing that might ever be as sweet,
but she’s too young, too perfect, too untouchable for a man like him.

A Disciple will fight like a savage to protect what matters.

Evie’s life is pretty much blowing up in her face
until Stone finds her broken down on the side of the road.
Now if only she could get him to stop being the martyr
and give them a shot at what she knows they both want.

It’s high time this biker got the chance to let go and just cruise.

Extract from CRUISE;

“Still in school, then?”
I bit down on the inside of my cheek at his question. Perhaps I had underestimated how hard it would be to share a house with Stone. Tracking the sound of his steps as he approached, I gave myself a mental pep talk.
You can handle this. You’ve faced far worse than an unrequited crush. Time to toughen up.
“Just one last round of finals,” I replied.
Stone knew all about my plans. I’d still been working on my associate’s when we met, but I knew then what I would do when I finished. He’d listened to the whole plan, and he’d been the first person not to question if it was the right one.
“You know what you want, you know how to get it, and you’re making it happen. That’s fucking great, Evie.”
“Does that mean you have graduation coming up?”
It was a logical question, but it felt foreign to me. The surprise of it made me look up at him.
“No. This part is all online. There’s a graduation I could attend if I really wanted to in Seattle, but I already stated I wouldn’t be walking,” I explained.
He’d meant to make small talk, but that was out the window. His attention was fixed on me, his brow furrowed. “Why would you do that?”
“Why travel all the way to Seattle for it?” I countered. “It would be one thing if I was going with a bunch of family to watch, but I’d drive all that way just to walk across that stage alone.”
“You can’t say you’re going now?”
“I don’t know. Probably not. It’s too close now.”
“Find out,” he ordered.
When I didn’t hop to doing that, he repeated, “Go on wherever you have to and find out if you can still walk.”
His tone brokered no argument. This was the president of a motorcycle club, the man who had to be firm enough to lead a group of men most people would never question. Yet, I couldn’t help but do just that.
“You worked your ass off for this, you deserve to be there.”
“And if you don’t want to go alone, then I’ll take you.”
Where his command had failed, that managed to silence me because it was too much. It didn’t say helping someone you knew out when they hit hard times. He was talking about traveling hours away to celebrate a pivotal moment in my life, the kind of event that family went to, the kind of event you attended for someone that you loved.
My mind a mess of words I wanted to say, my gaze fixed on the books spread out in front of me. Soundlessly, I closed them and stacked them up. Only once that was done, only when I’d had a minute to get some semblance of order to my mind, did I look back to Stone, who’d watched every movement.
“Thank you,” I started, and saw that catch him off guard. “You’ve done a lot for me, and I don’t think I’ll ever be able to repay you. But you don’t have to do this. I don’t want you to. The ceremony isn’t important to me, but if it was, I wouldn’t want to be there with someone who just went because they felt bad that I’d be there alone.”
Stone was going to butt in, I could see it. Since it had worked earlier with Avery, I sallied forth before he could.
“You’re really sweet, and I appreciate it that you want me to have that, but we both know how I feel about you. I’m sorry that I’m making this complicated, but those feelings are still there for me even though I know they aren’t for you. So you being at something like that for me, it would only make this more difficult.”
Knowing I couldn’t withstand much more, I went to grab my things and get out of there.
I didn’t get the chance.
Before I could so much as turn away from him, Stone had my wrist in an iron grip.
“You seriously fucking think I don’t feel that shit?”
His face looked like it was made from pure fire, and it silenced any words I might have drawn up.
“You think I sat on that stool every fucking day you were there to stand there smiling across from me just for the food? Because I’ll tell you right now, I didn’t even fucking taste that shit. I was there for something I needed a fuck of a lot more than food. I was there to see that cute smile on your perfect fucking face.”
I wasn’t smiling then. Even though his words were exactly what I wanted to hear, the harsh way he said them scared me.
“I told you that day you offered me that invitation to get everything I’d been wanting for months, and I told you again last night, I’m trying to do what’s best for you. Now, I’ll give it to you even more straight. You’re twenty-seven. I’m forty-four. You’re beautiful and smart, you’re sweeter than any woman I’ve ever fucking met. I’m the president of a fucking MC. I’m a fucking convict. And you know I didn’t earn that time, but I’ve done plenty of shit that could have gotten me the same rap sheet. I’m too fucking old and too dirty to even think about having you, but I do. I thought about it for eighteen fucking months sitting in that cell, and probably the only thing that kept me sane was picturing your face. But you’ve got your whole fucking life ahead of you, and I’m not going to stain that.”
He stepped closer to me, one hand coming up to run callus-roughened fingers down my cheek.
“I’m not for you, even if it fucking kills me to admit it. But one day when you find the man that is, you’ll be glad I did. And I’ll still probably be wishing that man was me.”
Before I could begin to process all he’d said, before I could say even one word to stop him, he turned away and left.

Want to know what I thought?

First thing to mention when people look at this review and get freaked out by seeing it’s the sixth book in the series is…DON’T! You can definitely read this book as a standalone novel and not feel like you are missing too much of the background on each of the characters.

How refreshing to read a romance story where there is some kind of age gap (Stone being 44 and Evie, 27) as most contemporary romance features characters around the same age or younger. What this book does highlight is that it doesn’t matter if you are 27, 44 or 104 – love is love and can consume a whole person…and a door…and a bed… 😉

CRUISE gives me all of my Sons of Anarchy feels and then some and sits within a sub-genre of romance that I’m not too familiar with, but am becoming more and more involved with learning more. With the MC romance I have read so far, there is always that true sense of family within the clubs, a strong bond between people from all walks of life.

The story moves along at an easy pace and steers clear from over the top action for the sake of filling pages. The relationship between Stone and Evie for me, moves at the right pace and isn’t rushed. It feels natural. The conflict towards the end of the book…I could have easily read more, which is only a credit to Drew. You know you are doing something right when a reader is literally itching to know more details!

The only small disappoinment is knowing that this is the last book in the series 😦 but also keen beans to learn that Drew is writing a spin off series! Until then…. it looks like I have five more books in this series to devour! 🙂

About the Author;

Drew Elyse spends her days trying to convince the world that she is, in fact, a Disney Princess, and her nights writing tear-jerking and smutty romance novels. Her debut novel, Dissonance, released in August of 2014.

When she isn’t writing, she can usually be found over-analyzing every line of a book, binge watching a series on Netflix, doing strange vocal warm ups before singing a variety of music styles, or screaming at the TV during a Chicago Blackhawks game.

A graduate of Loyola University Chicago with a BA in English, she still lives in Chicago, IL where she was born and raised with her boyfriend and her prima donna pet rabbit, Lola.

MAYBE SOMEDAY (Maybe #1) by Colleen Hoover
Published; March 18th 2014, Atria Books

Screen Shot 2018-01-09 at 05.32.10

Sydney is living in an idyllic bubble—she’s a dedicated student with a steady job on the side. She lives with her best friend, has a great boyfriend, and the music coming from the balcony opposite hers is fast becoming the soundtrack to her life. But when Sydney finds out her boyfriend is cheating on her, the bubble bursts.

The mysterious and attractive man behind the music, Ridge, gives Sydney hope that she can move on and they begin to write songs together. But moving on is harder than she expects, Sydney can only hope….

Maybe someday…

Colleen Hoover draws you in to this passionate tale of music, love and betrayal…

Maybe Someday by Colleen Hoover was gifted to me for Christmas by my fellow P Turner *L* and after hearing rave reviews by all the P Turner ladies, I decided that this book would be one, of a couple, to be read on a read-a-thon. Although I didn’t finish the book in 24 hours, I spent my New Year’s weekend engrossed in Ridge and Sydney’s story.
And what a story this is. Here is a couple that are unlike other couples from a romance novel, Ridge is a beautiful man, his character so well structured you cannot help but fall in love with him. The relationship between him and our heartbroken heroine Sydney is not your typical relationship but even more beautiful for being so. Sydney is lost, or at least I felt as if the character is, until she finds Ridge. The same can be said for our hero, whose heart splits in two when the friendship between himself and Sydney becomes something more.
Sydney is beautiful and kind, aware throughout that she is walking a thin line with Ridge, learning to communicate with him through sign language and music. As much as she tries to fight her heart, it is safe to say the heart always wins. Hoover has created two amazing characters that draw you into their relationship. We want things to work out between them, we feel every emotion with them, shed tears when they cry and feel happy when they get what their heart desire. This is one of my favourite literary couples.
Hoover is a fabulous writer, one who I feel puts her heart and soul into these characters, you know with every chapter just how much she loves the story and it makes the reader fall in love too. This is a more romantic tale than I’m accustomed to, no over the top scenes here but when we are granted an intimate and steamy scene it is well worth the wait. The sensuality and intimacy of the scene between our characters is divine. I fell in love with Ridge and Sydney even more. Romantic and handled with the utmost care.
A fantastic addition to my bookshelves and one novel I know will be revisited again and again. Thank you *L* for the introduction. I am officially in love with this story and these characters.
My aim for the New Year is to work through reading all the amazing books that have been gifted to me by my fellow P Turners, because I’ve come to trust these ladies whole heartedly, they never steer you wrong.

#LettersFromTheHeart | #BookReview | CHRISTMAS AT LILAC COTTAGE (White Cliff Bay #1) by Holly Martin @HollyMAuthor (25th September 2015, Bookouture @bookouture)

CHRISTMAS AT LILAC COTTAGE (White Cliff Bay #1) by Holly Martin

Welcome to the charming seaside town of White Cliff Bay, where Christmas is magical and love is in the air…

Penny Meadows loves her home – a cosy cottage decorated with pretty twinkling fairy lights and stunning views over the town of White Cliff Bay. She also loves her job as an ice-carver, creating breathtaking sculptures. Yet her personal life seems frozen.

When Henry and daughter Daisy arrive at the cottage to rent the annex, Penny is determined to make them feel welcome. But while Daisy is friendly, Henry seems guarded.

As Penny gets to know Henry, she realises there is more to him than meets the eye. And the connection between them is too strong to ignore…

While the spirit of the season sprinkles its magic over the seaside town and preparations for the ice sculpting competition and Christmas eve ball are in full swing, can Penny melt the ice and allow love in her heart? And will this finally be the perfect Christmas she’s been dreaming of?

Like a creamy hot chocolate with marshmallows, you won’t want to put this deliciously heartwarming novel down.

Spend the perfect Christmas in White Cliff Bay this year. Snowflakes on Silver Cove coming very soon.

If you need something to get you feeling festive then give Christmas at Lilac Cottage a go, it has everything you could ever need in a christmas book….snow, christmas trees, ice sculptures, mulled wine and minced pies.

This book was very predictable from the start, as soon as we meet our main characters we can see where the story is going but its still fun to see how they get there and get to know our characters better.

I feel Daisy is a little spoiled at times but I can also understand why she may be a little insecure. The only think I was a little disppointed in is why we don’t understand the reason for her change in feelings.

Holly paints a lovely picturesque town which is very lovable. I certainly feel we all know of a town just like it – everyone knows each others business but when it comes down to it the community sure come together to get stuff done.

All in all this is a very easy festive read and I would recommend for someone wanting to lose themselves for a little while. You certainly finish with a smile on your face.

#RisqueReads | #ReleaseBlitz | CARNIVAL (Travelling #4) by Jane Harvey-Berrick @jharveyberrick (December 26th 2017, Harvey Berrick Publishing @ArdentPRose)

Empty inside, cold in his heart, Zef turned to whisky and drugs to fill the void.Instead, he ended up with a prison sentence and a new determination to get clean and make something of his life.

Since his release, Zef has been on the road, finding his spiritual home with a traveling carnival and working as a motorcycle stunt rider.

Live fast, live hard, keep moving.

He doesn’t want to be tied down to anyone or anything. Fiercely loyal, the only people he cares about are his brother and his carnie family.

Until a crazy girl who’s run away to join the circus crashes into his world.
But now his old life is catching up with him, and Zef has to choose a new road.

A standalone story, and the last one in the TRAVELING SERIES.

It wouldn’t have been so bad if I’d landed on my good leg, but I didn’t, and the pain was so intense, my vision went black and all I knew was deafening silence.

I woke up a few seconds later wondering if I’d died and gone to Heaven, because the view was pretty damn good and surely an Angel was watching over me. But as my vision cleared, I realized that Sara was on her knees in the dirt next to me. I think she was screaming, but my ears were ringing so badly, I couldn’t tell.

“…call an ambulance?”

I struggled to sit up, but she held me down by my shoulders.

Kes was next to me, lifting my visor carefully.

“Wait for the paramedics, man.”

Flames of pain were running up from my ankle to my thigh.

“I think I fucked up my knee again,” I groaned.

“Does anything else hurt?”

“Only my pride,” I lied.

Kes grinned and I heard Tucker’s relieved laugh behind me. I squinted up at him.

“Everyone else okay?”

“Yeah, Zef,” he grinned. “We’re all good. You certainly gave the crowd their money’s worth. Can you do that again?”

Then Sara screamed at him.

“Shut up! Shut up! He could have died! He’s hurt! He’s really hurt, and you’re just making a big joke of it!”

And then she burst into tears.

Tucker’s mouth dropped open, stunned into silence. I saw Kes gesturing to Aimee to take Sara away.

“No! I’m not leaving him!”

And she flung herself across my body, gasping and crying. I thought she was going to have a complete meltdown when the paramedics tried to pull her off me.

“Sara, honey,” I gritted out while my whole body felt like it had been run over by a charging rhino, “they’ll do a much better job of getting me onto a stretcher if you climb off of me now.”

She stumbled back, wiping her eyes and nose as I helped the paramedics get me onto the stretcher.

The crowd was on their feet, expressions of interest or horror, depending on how macabre they liked their shows, so I gave them a quick wave and heard applause and cries of relief.

“We’ll see you at the hospital,” Kes called after me.

I gave him a thumbs up, then relaxed back on the stretcher, my knee throbbing like a mofo. Sara was walking next to me, still crying, so I lifted up my gloved hand and she clung onto it as if it would save her from drowning.

But waking up and seeing her sweet face, thinking it felt like Heaven, I wondered if I was the one who was drowning.

Writing is my passion and my obsession. I write every day and I love it. My head is full of stories and characters. I’ll never keep up with all my ideas!I live in a small village by the ocean and walk my little dog, Pip, every day. It’s on those beachside walks that I have all my best ideas.

THE FOURTH MONKEY (4MK #1) by J.D. Barker
June 29th 2017, HQ

Se7en meets The Silence of the Lambs in this dark and twisting novel from the author Jeffery Deaver called, “A talented writer with a delightfully devious mind.”

For over five years, the Four Monkey Killer has terrorized the residents of Chicago. When his body is found, the police quickly realize he was on his way to deliver one final message, one which proves he has taken another victim who may still be alive.

As the lead investigator on the 4MK task force, Detective Sam Porter knows even in death, the killer is far from finished. When he discovers a personal diary in the jacket pocket of the body, Porter finds himself caught up in the mind of a psychopath, unraveling a twisted history in hopes of finding one last girl, all while struggling with personal demons of his own.

With only a handful of clues, the elusive killer’s identity remains a mystery. Time is running out and the Four Monkey Killer taunts from beyond the grave in this masterfully written fast-paced thriller.

Words cannot begin to describe how much I loved this book. I rarely give five star reviews. For that to happen, a book needs to devour me, spit me back out and make me want to launch it across a room. All of these happened and more with THE FOURTH MONKEY.

I had seen the hype surrounding this book, so like most folk influenced by others, I purchased a copy and there it sat on my shelf for months while I made my way through what seems a never ending TBR! It was well worth to wait to get to this book where there was no rush to finish. I could sit and enjoy this book as was intended.

Short and punchy chapters give this story the pace it needed as we are thrown head first into a cat and mouse chase between our protagonist; Sam Porter and the 4MK killer. A killer who has been able to give the police the slip for a number of years. It is only on discovery on the diary, is Sam determined to bring this killer to justice.

The blurb tells us it’s ‘SE7EN MEETS THE SILENCE OF THE LAMBS’ and that is for me a pretty spot on comparison. But I also got my ‘THE BONE COLLECTOR’ feels. Trinkets and notes are left along the way for the investigating team to decipher the killers next move. You find yourself thinking about the clues and whether you can solve the case as well! THIS BOOK IS THAT ADDICTIVE!

One thing I enjoyed with this book is back story of 4MK we read through his diary and how his childhood carved a path into adulthood and to commit these pretty sinister torture/killings. We learn how his parents actions influenced his personality and how one moment can change a life. I warn you though, it’s pretty grim and distressing reading – but as the market continues to be flooded with crime ficiton, I am always searching for that next book which gives me the creeps. It gave me those same feelings THE CROW GIRL did!

THE FOURTH MONKEY ends on a large cliffhanger which paves the way for the sequel; THE FIFTH TO DIE which is due for publication in July 2018. I CANNOT wait to get my hands on a copy!

#BlogTour | #BookReview | LOSING MYSELF by Victoria J. Brown @victoriajbrown (September 29th 2017, Bombshell Books @bombshellpub)

Welcome to my stop of this blog tour for LOSING MYSELF by Victoria J. Brown

I would of course, as every #BlogTour like to thank Sarah Hardy, Victoria J. Brown and Bombshell Books for gifting me an early copy of LOSING MYSELF.  I am forever grateful and ensure that the review below is 100% honest and of my own views.

Losing Myself final blue

To kick off, we have the “blurb” for the book;

Since Kat made her decision, everything around her seems to be falling apart. Not only is she dealing with family’s secrets, lies and deceit but the salon, which is opening around the corner, threatens her livelihood.

To make matters worse her relationship with Max is on the rocks. Although her relationships with Max’s mother, her step-mother and her sister have grown stronger, are they strong enough?

Working tirelessly to save her salon and save her relationship with Max, she is battling everyday to stay focused on her future. But what will the future bring?

So, you want to know what I think?

Being back in Kat’s crazy world was fantastic. Not so fantastic for Kat, her whole world is falling apart from her salon to her relationship nothing is easy for Kat.

They say bad things come in threes and that was certainly the case for Kat as her world begins to unravel. As with the first book, Holding Myself, I loved how this book didn’t shy away from subjects people find tough. It wasn’t all pretty flowers and rainbows either. From drugs to infidelity this book has it all.

This book isn’t a romance, far from it. It would probably come under chick lit but it’s not your usual chick lit. It’s unpredicatable and a real page turner, I just couldn’t put it down. It had me hooked from the start. I really enjoyed Holding Myself but I have to be honest and say that I actually enjoyed Losing Myself more. I just liked the way nothing happened as I thought.

It’s a real rollercoaster of emotions from anger to disbelief, joy to sadness this book has it all. I had real tears in my eyes at one point.

You really need to read Holding Myself first to understand the background of the story and some characters re appear but the author has given enough information that if you haven’t it wouldn’t be the end of the world.

I’m hoping there will be a third instalment, it has been left open so there can be.

If your looking for a deeper but great read I would definitely recommend this. Overall a fantastic, enjoyable book.

About the Author;

Victoria J.Brown has always had a passion for writing. When asked at the age of 9 years old, what she wanted to be when she grew up, her reply ‘an author’ was met with a disheartened response, ‘that jobs like that, don’t happen to people like us!’

Luckily, Victoria didn’t listen to this advice and never gave up on her passion.  She continued to write while perusing a career in Marketing after gaining a BA (Hons) in Business and Marketing.

In 2006 her eldest daughter was born and then two years later her 2nd daughter came along. Victoria realised in the midst of the mummy madness, that she’d let her writing dwindle and that nappy-changing, sleepless nights and not being able to go to the toilet in peace could not stop her fulfilling her writing dreams. So when her girls were 3 years old and 18 months old, she decided that sleep was over-rated and enrolled at Teesside University. A year later she proudly left with a MA in Creative Writing, some wonderful friendships and a passion for therapeutic writing. While studying for her MA she was also delighted to win a short-story competition judged by Adele Parks, to which she received publication and mentoring from Adele.

After her MA, Victoria concentrated on writing women’s fiction. She loves writing stories that women can relate to. The Chaos Series grew from her own experience of pregnancy, motherhood and life.

Victoria is also passionate about mental health and likes to write of such issues in her stories. Her dedication to mental health and living life to the full has led her down a spiritual path. Through her learning of spirituality she qualified as a Law of Attraction and NLP Practitioner, which she integrates into her writing. Her inspirational blog includes an A-Z motivational journey with weekly therapeutic creative writing exercises. She has developed this further and will soon launch her inspirational shop. “Lorna Belling, desperate to escape the marriage from hell, falls for the charms of another man who promises her the earth. But, as Lorna finds, life seldom follows the plans you’ve made. A chance photograph on a client’s mobile phone changes everything for her.

When the body of a woman is found in a bath in Brighton, Detective Superintendent Roy Grace is called to the scene. At first it looks an open and shut case with a clear prime suspect. Then other scenarios begin to present themselves, each of them tantalizingly plausible, until, in a sudden turn of events, and to his utter disbelief, the case turns more sinister than Grace could ever have imagined.”

I was kept waiting far too long for the next chapter in Roy Grace’s life. Too much time had passed and the questions I needed answering were starting to make me itch. What would happen to Sandy? How will Roy cope in the aftermath? What is next? I am rather pleased that NEED YOU DEAD answered those questions for me and gave me EVERYTHING I needed. Mr James has not disappointed me!

When we read the aftermath of Lorna Belling’s death – I had an incling soon after as to how the story would go and in some respect I was right (Sorry chums, no spoilers here!). It still made for a great read. Short, choppy chapters gave me the rush I needed throughout the investigation.

Controversial opinion – but I am glad that in this story, we get some closure on Sandy. I understand the journey we have had to go on with Roy as he discovers the truth about what happened. But I am ready to learn and experience more.

After NEED YOU DEAD – I am now left wondering what is next in store for Roy Grace? The story was left open for us to start a new chapter in Roy’s family life with the arrival of Bruno. We are also left feeling anxious as to the whereabouts and next steps of one of our characters from the previous story; LOVE YOU DEAD. I don’t think I am going to be bored with the next offering!
