Hello everyone, this week is Stress Awareness Week.

Stress is something all of us has experienced at some point or another in our time. What do you do to de-stress?

Whenever I am having a stressful time, I find removing myself from the situation and having a break always helps. If I have the opportunity for a longer break I will always pick up my book. And I always leave my desk at work for my lunch break, outside for fresh air if the weather allows or if not to another part of the office where I know I’ll be undisturbed.
